(1) Normal Troop Meetings are 7-8:30 PM at KoC Hall.
(2) PLC is a planning meeting for the SPL, ASPL, and Patrol Leaders. It is
not a normal meting that all scouts attend. All scouts and adults may
attend. Normally held first Thursday of each month. PLCs often last less
than1 hour.
(3) Committee Meeting are open to all parents and are normally held on the
first Thursday of each month.
(4) District Roundtable Meetings are monthly meeting held the second
Thursday of each month 7:30 PM Kempsville Elementary School, where our
district leaders provide leader training and discuss upcoming events and
issues of importance to Troop leaders. All adults and SPL/ASPLs are invited
to attend.
