A scout runs across the stage area yelling, "Watch out! Watch out! Man-eating Tree!"  A moment passes, then another scout runs across in great fear, yelling out, "Man-Eating Tree!  Man-Eating Tree!"  Continue with more scouts.  Finally, when the stage area is cleared, have a scout walk through very casually with a branch in his hand.  The scout pretends to be eating the "tree" as he strolls through.
