Chocolate Éclairs

Yes, you can cook an éclair over a campfire!  And yes, they are delicious!  We were rather unsure of how these would taste, but decided to try them anyway.  The moment we took a bite, we were transported to a new and heavenly level of camp cooking excellence - and we will never go back.

First you need to find a branch at least as wide as your finger.  Be sure it is a non-poisonous branch!  Open a tube of ready-made biscuits.  Take a biscuit and fold it over and stretch it down the branch so it will serve as your éclair tube once cooked.  Hold the biscuit over the camp fire until it is cooked.

When the éclair is cool enough, pull it off the branch.  Fill the éclair with vanilla pudding and spread chocolate icing over the top.  You can make variations of this by using different flavored icings and puddings.
