Peel down the husk of your corn, keeping the husk intact on one end.
Remove the silk. Soak the corn and attached husk in water, salted if
you prefer. Remove from water and spread butter on the corn if you wish.
Pull the husk back up over the corn. Tie it at the top with either water
soaked string or a long thin piece of corn husk. Place over the coals
on a grate or next to the coals of your fire. Rotate once or twice and
check after 15 minutes of cooking. Let sit for a few minutes once it
is done.
For a bit of extra zing, add spices to your corn before you wrap and
cook it. Garlic salt, Old Bay Seasoning or simply salt and pepper can
be absolutely delicious.
